Energy Star Project

Hyde Park: A ranch with a walk out basement (6300 SF total), net-zero energy home (11" iForm) overlooking the Hudson River in central Hyde Park. Part of the exterior is stone (11" Ledge form with xLerator) and the rest is vinyl siding. This home has the ICFs, photovoltaic solar, geothermal heating and cooling, sun tunnels, etc. This home received a 93.3 Energy Star/NYSERDA rating and Central Hudson paid them for their first year of electricity!

Assorted Finished Projects

Adirondacks: A log home foundation. (11" iForm).

Ancramdale: A two story, energy efficient recreation of an old barn (11" iForm including gables) with geo-thermal radiant heat. The siding was recovered from a 100+ year old barn. It was about 15' to the peak (9 on 12 pitch) when we poured the gables. GALLERY.

Clinton:  A foundation repair/replacement (11" iForm).

Cold Spring:  A ranch style home (11" iForm).

Esopus:  A 1200 SF tractor barn, (11" iForm) with a standing seam metal roof. The exterior is stucco.

Esopus:  A two story, home (13" & 11" iForm) with an ICF (C-Deck) poured concrete floor, a standing seam metal roof and arched windows. The house will have geo-thermal radiant heat. The exterior will be stucco.

Esopus:  A two story, home (11" iForm) with a full basement. This home will have geo-thermal heat. It will also be an Energy Star Home. (Designed by Ashokan Architecture. Geothermal by Hudson Valley Clean Energy)

Fishkill:  A two story and a three story addition on an A frame home (both done in 11" iForm to the roof). The three story addition is a 30' high attrium entrance hall with a 12 on 12 pitch. GALLERY

Ghent:  A full foundation for a new home (11" iForm).

Hopewell Junction:  A very interesting foundation with a lot of angles. (13" iForm).

Larchmont:  A foundation for an addition.

Kingston:  A two story commercial project (11" iForm). This is an energy efficient addition to the Darmstadt Homeless Shelter. (Designed by Anita Yuran, Architect.) GALLERY.

Marbletown:  A foundation for a straw bale home (11" iForm) .

Millbrook:  A full foundation for a modular home (11" iForm).

New Kingston:  A full foundation (10') for a mobile home (11" iForm).

New Paltz:  A foundation for a straw bale addition (11" iForm).

City of Poughkeepsie:  A two story, 24 X 40, addition (11" iForm). This addition was tied into a Sears home (2X4 exterior walls) using the 11" iForm. The exterior is James Hardie, Hardie Plank, cement board siding. This addition survived a brush fire with very little damage. According to the fire department, if it had been a stick built home, they would have lost the whole house. (Designed by Bob DeRonde.) GALLERY

Poughkeepsie:  A small one story, addition (11" iForm) with a full frostwall. (Designed by John Morgan.)

Schultzville:  A two story, home (11" iForm) with a full basement. (Designed by John Morgan.)

Shandaken:  An addition with a curved wall. (Designed by Ashokan Architecture.)

Wappingers Falls:  A single story, 26 X 32, garage addition (11" iForm) with radiant heat. The 12' walls were poured in 3 lifts in about 3 hours. The exterior is vinyl siding. (Designed by Bob DeRonde.) GALLERY
